I can't believe that they waited until November 18th to start replacing the windows in the high-rise I live in now! They started on the front of the building, and are working their way from the left side to the right. I've been informed that they'll be replacing the windows in my living room on December 1st (it had better NOT be cold that day!!) - but there's still no word as to when they'll be replacing the windows in my bedroom. I have a bad feeling those will wait until spring. I think it's taking longer than they anticipated (of course!). Apparently the delay resulted from battles with the Baltimore Historical Society. (my building was built in 1965, so it's officially historical!) I just can't wait for it to be done!
They started replacing the roof on my building the week before Hurrican Irene arrived. Down to the sub roof. But waiting until November to start replacing windows?????
